Lance Bachmann, Founder, SEO
What Lance loves most about internet advertising space is that it is always changing, and the tools and resources that help clients win are continuously improving. He is excited to see what the space will look like in the next few years and is equally as excited to find innovative ways to help his clients reach their ROI and beyond. What Lance enjoys most about work, is that it never feels like work for him, it is his passion and he loves what he does.
Outside of work, Lance is a true believer in balance and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, along with watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Star Wars, which is one of his biggest loves.
Jolin Miller, SEM Constulant
Jolin's favorite part of the internet space is that it is so easily accessible to anything and everything you could possibly need. Her favorite part about her position as Project Manager at Local Internet Traffic is working with customers and that every day is a constant learning experience because the web is always changing.
Outside of work Jolin loves to watch and play sports and spend time with her family.
Tor Black, SEO Constulant
Tor's favorite part of internet marketing is the constant changing nature..."what worked yesterday is so 5 years ago!" as Tor says. So his insatiable thirst for knowledge and highly competitive nature are a perfect match for search engine optimization.
Tor has received multiple awards for his charitable contributions, sales and speaking skills. He is the founder of Trust SEO, which he started from the ground up and became nationally recognized for. "I love helping small businesses get more business. It is an awesome feeling when they look up their keywords on Google and see themselves on top! I am glad to help them achieve their online business goals," states Tor.
Tor is from Miami and enjoys art, the beach, computers, the iPhone, football, paintball, travel, adventure, politics, good lively conversation, helping others, making friends and spending time with his family.
Beth Mueller, SEO/SEM Consultant
Bethann finds internet advertising to be the most dynamic and exciting advertising medium available for any business owner. She realizes that this multi-faceted form of advertising allows the buyer to see more about the seller than ever before. Her favorite part of her job is designing a website and campaign that helps a business to target the customers that mean the most to them and do it with a top-line ROI. Her overall goal is always a satisfied customer. Bethann greatly appreciates anytime a client refers another business owner to our company. She feels it's the highest form of a compliment.
Bethann's favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with her friends and family.
Jackie Eldred, SEO/SEM Consultant
Jackie loves the internet advertising space more than ever and finds it both challenging and rewarding to unlock the "mystery" that is SEO and SEM. Jackie's favorite part of her job is helping clients achieve their vision of both the look and feel of their website and providing companies both large and small with exceptional customer service, because to her a happy client is priceless! She also enjoys working with the team at Local Internet Traffic and views it as a constant learning experience.
Outside of work, Jackie likes to decorate her home, read, travel and spend time with her daughter.
Dave DiPaolo, SEO/SEM Consultant
Dave is a Regional Manager at Local Internet Traffic and finds that the most important and interesting part of his job is helping businesses realize the effectiveness of internet marketing and in turn, bringing businesses new revenue through effective internet marketing plans. David sees that the future of internet advertising is now and finds innovative ways to effectively market businesses in the ever-changing space.
Outside of work Dave likes to write, read self help books, keep active outdoors and spend time with friends and family.
Neil Harner
Neil Harner graduated from Westwood College with a B.S. in Multimedia and Web Design from Westwood College and an M.B.A. from American InterContinental University. He teamed up with Melissa Levenduski to create the web and graphic design company Inverse Paradox. At Local Internet Traffic he is the Chief Technology Officer, and says that what he loves about the internet advertising space is being able to see an immediate impact in a clients business where they quickly achieve their return on investment. Neil's favorite part of his job is working with creative individuals that understand web-based marketing and collaborating to create the best results.
Outside of work Neil is the Owner and Publisher of Philly Beer Scene Magazine and enjoys cooking, skiing and horseback riding.
Melissa Levenduski
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design Communications and a minor in Digital Design, Melissa teamed up with Neil Harner to create the web and graphic design company Inverse Paradox. Using her four years of extensive professional experience in both design for the internet and print, she has become the lead graphic and web designer for Inverse Paradox/ Local Internet Traffic, as well as the publisher of Bucks & Montgomery Living magazine, and the creative director of Philly Beer Scene Magazine.
Outside of work Melissa officiates field hockey and lacrosse for local school districts and enjoys watching sports events and hanging out with friends and family.
Amanda Mitchell
Amanda graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and a minor in Architecture. Amanda joined Inverse Paradox as the lead web designer, and is now Senior Web Designer at Local Internet Traffic. Amanda's favorite part of her job is the puzzle-like challenge of taking just a flat design and list of specifications and then turning it into an actual site that people can use.
Outside of work Amanda enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, watching movies and listening to music.
Brandi Kerekes
Brandi graduated with a B.A. in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia. While there she received an internship with Inverse Paradox, which turned into a full-time job as part of their graphic design team. At Local Internet Traffic she takes the role of Graphic Designer. What Brandi enjoys most about her job is the challenge of designing and the sense of reward she gets from seeing a finished product. Brandi is also the Art Director of Bucks Living Magazine and Associate Art Director of Philly Beer Scene Magazine.
Outside of work Brandi enjoys painting, writing and hiking.
Pete Schuster
After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University with degrees in Film/Video and Philosophy, Pete took his passion for media and logic and joined the team at Local Internet Traffic as a web designer. With experience in multiple fields of design such as motion graphics, photography, and programming, Pete combines both a rational and artistic eye to everything he does.
When Pete is not enjoying his time at work, he spends time cycling, brewing beer, and experiencing nature.
Alicia Eichelman
Alicia is currently a student at Temple University and expects to receive her BA in Communication come May. As Marketing Manager for Inverse Paradox/ Local Internet Traffic, what Alicia enjoys most about the internet advertising space is how rapidly it advances and the challenge of keeping up with the technology. Her favorite part of her job is working with such a talented team and finds that every day is a constant learning experience.
Outside of work Alicia enjoys watching sports, especially the Phillies, hanging out with friends and family and enjoying the city of Philadelphia.
