About Our President and Founder

Hello, my name is Lance Bachmann, founder and President of 1SEO.com. Graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, I achieved standing as an Executive Master of Business Administration candidate. My professional sales management career ultimately began at Donnelley Directory where I served as Account Manager, Account Representative, and Sales Training Manager. My presence there was well-received, as I was recognized for having exceptional selling abilities, and named in the Top 1-10 representatives in the country.

In 2002, I migrated to Verizon Yellow Pages where I served as District Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Account Representative. My career ignited at Verizon Yellow Pages, as my team and I generated sales of $8 to 10 million annually in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. I was named the “#1 Account Executive” while at Verizon, leading the company, and country, in Internet sales. By yielding successful results and exceeding expectations for client advertising investments, I grew my client base, and loyalty, rapidly.
My time at Verizon yielded promotions for my leadership and outstanding customer service. In due course I was promoted to management, where I received numerous “Manager of the Month Awards” for leading my team to be #1 in online sales, and educating them on internet advertising space, ensuring that they provided our customers with a strong “ROI.”

In 2005, I successfully founded the YellowPages.com premise division of AT&T as their first—principle employee. Through dedication, and my aggressive business strategies, I helped take the company from $0 in revenue to $157 million in sales. In 2007, I had the prestige honor of winning “The Yellowpages.com (AT&T) Eagle Award” for leadership in the internet advertising space.

My ambition, standing, respect, and knowledge in the Business world and Internet advertising space were eventually the catalysts that prompted me to form 1SEO.com. I founded 1SEO.com in the year 2009 by presenting national companies with provisions into online marketing by using Google, Bing, and Yahoo. 1SEO.com is a popular institution that demonstrates an active involvement into SEO, PPC, SMO, Mobile Search, Web Designing, and Web Development, with streamlined offerings in various unprecedented services in the web domain. With trained professionals managing significant operations in a timely and effective manner, we maintain a well-know organization along with the greatest customer satisfaction.

Over the years since its establishment, my company has grown enough to facilitate over 500 clients across the globe, reaping millions in revenue. With an office based in Southampton, Pennsylvania, and Delhi, India, 1SEO.com strives to build everlasting client relationships nationwide. We are even in the process of opening up an office in Cabo, Mexico.

1SEO.com has ingenious new ways to get a client’s website integrated into the most popular search engines out there. Along with an excellent team, and dedicated customer service, I relentlessly strive to exceed a client’s expectations. My experience, knowledge, and success in internet technologies and online marketing tactics have made my company and I achieve a current, #21 ranking amongst the Best Search Optimization companies in the World. I believe that all of these factors make my company and me a strong candidate to gain a maximum ROI for any client. I plan to achieve all targeted goals set by any client by getting more traffic from search engines using 1SEO.com, and my own exuberant, online marketing strategies.

In addition to working as President of 1SEO.com, I balance my time by teaching Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, and helping the University of Trenton facilitate those skills. I also serve as a keynote speaker at many conferences for SEO around the country, including the Philadelphia Marketing Boot Camp, further demonstrating my knowledge and reliability in the world of Search Engine Optimization. All in all, I am excited to see what the Internet space will look like in the next few years as I strive to find new and exciting—innovative ways to help my clients reach their ROI and beyond. What I enjoy most about my work is that it never feels like work for me, it is my passion, and I love what I do. I take pleasure in using math and analytics to help my clients succeed through internet marketing, and other online capabilities, seeing this as the most important aspect of what I do, and what my company, 1SEO.com strives to achieve-success in our business, and for every client that chooses to engage in our services.
